Justin Baldoni and Wife Emily Mark 12 Years of Marriage Amid Legal Dispute with Blake Lively: ‘I’d Choose You Over and Over Again’

Justin and Emily Baldoni recently celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary, sharing heartfelt tributes to each other on social media on Sunday, July 27.

Emily, 40, posted a loving message on Instagram, writing, “T W E L V E. Still madly in love with you ❤️,” alongside a photo of the couple sharing a kiss while wearing floral crowns. She noted that their 9-year-old daughter, Maiya, took the picture. The couple also shares a 7-year-old son, Maxwell.

Justin, 41, posted a nostalgic photo from their July 2013 wedding in Corona, California. In the image, the couple is seen dancing, with Justin dressed in a cream suit and a white floral boutonniere, complementing Emily’s floral-themed dress and headpiece. “I’d marry you again and again and again and again… Happy anniversary my love. T W E L V E. ❤️,” he captioned the post.

The actor and filmmaker proposed to Emily in April 2013 at Blu Jam Cafe in Los Angeles, the site of their first date. His elaborate proposal — a 27-minute hidden-camera video featuring comedic boy band impersonations and a mock music video — went viral at the time.

Their anniversary celebration comes on the heels of a recently resolved legal battle. Just over a month ago, on June 9, a judge dismissed Justin’s $400 million countersuit against his It Ends with Us co-star Blake Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and their publicist Leslie Sloane. Additionally, his $250 million libel case against The New York Times was also thrown out.

Lively had previously filed a sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit against Baldoni in December 2024 — allegations which he has denied.

Following the dismissal, a source revealed that Justin had taken a tropical getaway with his wife and children. “He’s enjoying a nice holiday with the family in Costa Rica,” the insider shared.
