Netflix and other entertainment giants step up to support Los Angeles wildfire relief

Netflix has pledged a generous $10 million donation to support recovery and relief efforts in the wake of the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles.

The streaming giant is also providing assistance to its affected employees, including offering temporary housing accommodations.

In addition to Netflix, other major players in the entertainment industry are stepping up to help those impacted by the fires.

Disney, for example, has committed $15 million to organizations such as the Red Cross and the Los Angeles Firefighters Foundation to aid in relief efforts.

Jason Oppenheim, businessman and star of Netflix's "Selling Sunset," has also vowed to support victims who have lost their homes in the disaster.

These contributions demonstrate the strong commitment of both corporations and individuals to aid the communities in Los Angeles as they deal with the aftermath of the wildfires.
